Encompass HSE solutions is a HSE consulting and Training company that is operating in Abu Dhabi as a legal establishment. Having extensive experience in delivering HSE training courses both internationally and nationally, we support the Emiratisation targets of UAE Vision 2021 by providing specialized training for both new Emirati hires and schools.
We specialize in health, safety, environmental consultancy, and training which includes behaviour-based HSE training. Internationally, Encompass has developed and implemented the Driving Behavior Change program called “Mission Possible @Work” for the Alberta Motor Association. The program is well known throughout North America.
Our company provides professional consulting and project management services to the Oil & Gas industry specializing in Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainable Development projects. We offer services in all stages from planning and developing to implementing the HSE management systems. Consultants with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry are employed, many of who have previously been employed by the Shell operating companies.

2000
Encompass Founded
Encompass HSE Solutions Inc. was founded in 2000 in Calgary, Canada. The company provides professional consulting and project management services to the Oil & Gas industry specializing in Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainable Development projects. The company provides a complete service from planning, developing and implementing HSE management systems.
2008
founding members moved
In 2008, one of the company’s founding members moved to the United Arab Emirates and began to develop its operations and reputation through the sponsors, Al Nahiya Group and EMCO.
2013
Established in Abu Dhabi
In 2013, Encompass HSE Solutions was established in Abu Dhabi.
2019
Company was taken over
The company was taken over in 2019 and is now running under the ownership of Mr Nazzer Ali Saif.
